Within Brisbane:
All orders within Brisbane are delivered via Fastway Couriers. For these deliveries, it is recommended to leave a daytime/work address as a signature will be required. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. usually saying that the parcel is available to be picked up. If you do not receive your parcel, contact us and we can track the parcel with the courier.
Please note that Fastway cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Outside Brisbane:
All orders outside brisbane are delivered by Australia Post.
As a general guideline, delivery times are as follows:
- To cities and large towns in QLD - 1-2 working days
- To other capital cites - 2-3 working days
- To other interstate locations 3-5 working days
International Orders:
Please note that we only accept bank to bank transfer for international orders.
Postage for international orders are at cost. We will confirm the postage with you prior to delivery.
